Welcome to the App! This is a legally binding agreement between the Registered Business ("Vendor", "You") and our platform ("The App", "We", "Us").
Important Notice: By completing your business registration, you explicitly agree to these terms. Please read this document thoroughly before listing promotional offers or discounts on our platform.
The App operates strictly as a digital discovery platform under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We host your offers but do not own or control them.
The App does not process payments or sell vouchers. All coupons listed are completely free for users to discover and claim.
Listing your business does not mean the App verifies or guarantees your goods or services.
You warrant that your business is legally registered in India and holds a valid GSTIN or necessary local business licenses, where applicable.
We reserve the right to request proof of identity (PAN, GSTIN, Shop License) at any time. Failure to provide this will lead to immediate account suspension.
You are 100% responsible for all activities, coupon edits, and listings created under your vendor credentials.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, every offer published on our platform must clearly state:
You assume absolute, non-delegable liability for the accuracy, fulfilment, and legality of the offers you publish.
Mandatory Offer Terms:
Fulfilment Obligation: You are legally bound to honour any valid, active coupon presented by a user. Refusing to honour your published deal constitutes an Unfair Trade Practice, making you solely liable for consumer court claims.
You must not post offers for restricted or illegal goods in India, including alcohol, tobacco, firearms, prescription drugs, or adult services.
You must not artificially inflate your Maximum Retail Price (MRP) to show a fake or exaggerated discount percentage.
You warrant that you own the rights to all logos, trademarks, and photos you upload. You grant us a free license to display them to promote your deals on the App.
In compliance with the Information Technology Rules, 2021, we maintain a strict takedown mechanism:
If we receive a notice that your listing infringes on third-party copyrights/trademarks, contains false advertising, or violates Indian laws, we will investigate immediately.
The App reserves the right to instantly disable, modify, or take down any offer or account without prior notice.
We will immediately comply with any removal or information requests issued by an Indian court or government agency.
Because we act as a technology host, you agree that the App bears zero financial liability for business losses caused by a temporary or permanent coupon takedown under this policy.
Intellectual Property owners can report violations directly through our dedicated Takedown / IP Reporting Form or via email at support@mycitycoupons.com.
Any dispute regarding poor service quality, product defects, or unhonored coupons is strictly between you and the user.
If a user files a valid complaint with us, we will forward it to your registered business email. You must address and resolve it promptly within the timelines required by Indian law.
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee a specific volume of footfall, sales, or uninterrupted app uptime.
You agree to fully defend and hold the App, its directors, and employees harmless against any consumer court cases, third-party legal claims, regulatory fines, or damages arising out of your faulty products, services, or deceptive listings.
We reserve the right to ban your account instantly for fraudulent behaviour, poor user ratings, or repeated failures to honour coupons.
You can request account deletion via the dashboard or email by providing a 30-day written notice. You must honour all coupons claimed by users prior to the final deletion date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
